PSG star Desire Doué has described the victory over Bayern Munich as “an extraordinary match” and “another magical night in Munich,” following the Parisians’ qualification for the Champions League final.
“It was an incredible game, another magical night in Munich against a brilliant team. We have to congratulate them,” Doué stated. He mentioned that this is a moment the team should enjoy together, while maintaining focus and humility. “These are the matches we dream of since we were children. Now we will enjoy this as a team, but we will remain modest,” he added.
Doué emphasized that PSG’s work is not yet finished, noting that the team still has objectives to achieve in both Ligue 1 and the Champions League.
“There is still work to be done in Ligue 1 and the Champions League. We cannot always win with an extraordinary performance,” he said.
“Today we defended very well. That is our strength – we are capable of attacking, but also of defending,” Doué highlighted.
